Today is a baking kind of day! I also a long long long time ago promised an awesome guy who subscribes to me on youtube, I would bake him some cookies. Yeah, I know. It’s been awhile, but I have to keep my promise! ^_^
I present…. Chocolate Chip Cookies!
I follow an AMAZING blog called BakingBites.com and every recipe I have done from the blog turns out amazing. The recipe I used for these was this one:

Today I used semi sweet chocolate chips, but I have done this one with dark chocolate and that’s turned out pretty good as well. Usually I freeze part of the cookie dough, so you always have fresh baked cookies (You can roll the dough into a log shape and saran wrap it in the freezer, then cut cookies off as necessary), but today I made the entire batch. I got about 4 dozen out of the batch, which I think is pretty good and these will go fast because they have the right ammount of sweetness and saltiness to them. Soft, but with a little bit of crunch on the bottom, they have the PERFECT texture. Keep them in an air tight container for gifting to the special people in your life.
